b. Information from Third-Party Services
When you authorize integrations with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Slack, or Gmail, we only access the minimum scope of data required to perform the automations and intelligence you configure. We strictly adhere to applicable API Services User Data Policies. Data obtained from third-party APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or ML models.
c. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the platform, we automatically collect certain information, including usage patterns and feature analytics, device and browser specifications, IP address and approximate location, and information gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- •Service providers - cloud hosting, AI model, and payment providers operating under strict confidentiality and data processing agreements
- •Integrations you authorize - third-party APIs and services, only when explicitly configured by you
- •Legal requirements - when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and platform
- •Business transfers - in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your data
4. Google User Data and API Compliance
When you connect a Google account (such as Gmail or Google Calendar), we access only the Google data necessary to provide the features you configure, and only with your explicit authorization. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.
Revllama's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use raw or derived Google user data to create, train, or improve any generalized machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
Google data is retained only for as long as the connection is active. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account security settings or by disconnecting the integration within the platform.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. Your payment card details are not stored on our servers - we receive only transaction confirmations and basic billing information. Payment data is handled in accordance with Stripe's privacy policy. We retain subscription status and billing history internally for accounting and legal purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain different categories of data for different periods:
- •Account data - until you request deletion or close your account
- •Integration data (CRM, email, call data) - for the duration of the active connection; removed when you disconnect the integration
- •Payment records - as required for accounting and legal purposes
- •Logs and usage analytics - up to 12 months
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting security@revllama.com. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
7. Security
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, per-org data isolation in Postgres, role-based access controls, and full audit trails on all AI actions. While no system is completely secure, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data protection.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:

- •Analyze service usage and monitor performance
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some functionality, such as staying signed in.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Your continued use of Revllama after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
